Due out on March 10th on VOD, Trucker, from Breaking Glass Pictures, promises a brutal tale of revenge, at least if the new trailer is anything to go by.

When a group of teens (“teens”) cause the death of a long-haul truckers family in a firey crash that, miraculously, leaves him alive, he set outs to bring his own brand of violent justice to those responsible.

Directed by Errol Sack, written by Steven Shaffer, and starring Milo Hayden, Nicole Mattox, Katherine Gibson, Dare Taylor, Lauren Parkinson, and Jim Palmer, Trucker seemingly offers all the thrills and spills of peak 70s drive-in horror.

Think Dual crossed with I Drink Your Blood levels of gore, and a killer protagonist that looks more scarred and fucked up than Jason, copping an attitude problem the size of Texas, and you’re probably in the ballpark.

Trucker seems nailed on for fans of Midnight Movie Madness, and as an afficionado of those types of films, I’m anticipating Trucker delivering the bloody goods on March 10th.
