The new trailer for Long Time Listener is live, and it’s taking the whole ‘thanks for tuning in’ vibe and carving it into bite-sized chunks. Death is officially on the air, and someone out there isn’t just a fan; they’re ready to participate.

Directed and starring Danielle Nicolet (The Flash), making her debut in the chair, the film follows a true-crime podcaster who finds herself hunted by a mysterious long time listener.

As the story unfolds, things get messy fast: secrets crawl out of the woodwork, reality starts bending like a warped cassette tape, and the line between storyteller and victim gets stomped into the ground.

With a cast including Meagan Holder (The Sand), Lyriq Bent (Saw II–IV), and Cleo Berry (American Nightmares), this looks like a slick little paranoia machine where someone knows a secret they’re willing to kill for.

Long Time Listener premieres April 2 on AMC’s ALLBLK Network.
