The Caretaker is moving in on Tubi April 10, and and he’s wasting no time turning a families life into a full-blown domestic siege.
After a brutal accident leaves Miles paralyzed, his wife does what anyone would do: brings in a live-in aide to help keep things together. At first, everything runs smoothly. Too smoothly. The kind of smooth that makes you start checking if the medicine cabinet is still locked.
Then the shift happens. Quiet at first. A look that lingers too long. A decision made without asking. Before long, the house doesn’t feel like it belongs to Miles anymore, it feels managed. Controlled. Like the rules have been rewritten and nobody remembers agreeing to them.
Directed by Brandon Villano and written by Geoffrey D. Calhoun, the film leans into that creeping loss of control, where help turns into authority and the person you rely on becomes the one you can’t escape.
Starring Don Snipes, Hakeem Sharif, Robyn Rose, Levi Jones, Helki Jackson, and Mike T. Tremblay, The Caretaker looks like a slow tightening grip that doesn’t loosen once it’s got hold.

Letting someone in is easy. Getting them out? Different story.
