Charles Band’s Full Moon Features is bringing a high-fashion bloodbath to the screen this summer with the release of Models vs. Werewolves. Directed by indie horror veteran Danny Draven (Bad CGI Gator), the creature feature has just debuted its first trailer, pitting five influencers against an ancient pack of shapeshifters. ​

The film follows a group of self-absorbed models to a remote Airbnb for what was supposed to be a scenic getaway during a rare celestial event; a full moon that only occurs once every 500 years. Instead, they accidentally awaken a bloodthirsty pack of predators, turning their weekend into a fight for survival. ​

The cast features Sara Moliski, Rebecca Stoughton, Alexa Reddy, Sophie Swiszcz, Hanna Hueston, and Bela Mraz, but horror fans will be most excited to see The Howling legend and original scream queen Dee Wallace making her return to werewolf cinema. ​

In a nod to modern viewing habits, the movie is taking a dual-format approach. In addition to a traditional streaming release, it will be edited into a vertical, episodic series for microdrama platforms like ReelShort.​

On the strength of the trailer alone, Models vs. Werewolves looks like it might have some serious bite to it.
