Finnish Metal quintet Crimson Day has unveiled a new lyric video for their latest single, Song of Fire. The track serves as the final preview before the global arrival of their fourth studio album, Dark Dimension, which is set for release on May 22, via Wormholedeath.

Song of Fire finds the band leaning into biblical imagery and existential themes, depicting a grim apocalyptic scenario where promised salvation remains out of reach while the world is consumed. Musically, the track showcases Crimson Dayโ€™s signature high-energy approach, characterized by aggressive riffing and the powerful, distinct vocal delivery of Milka Uusitalo. The single balances this ferocity with the soaring melodic hooks and cinematic atmosphere that have become the band’s hallmark.

This latest offering follows previous singles False Prophet and Hexed, rounding out a trilogy of previews that suggest Dark Dimension is the band’s most ambitious and thematically dark work to date. After years of steady growth, the cohesive nature of these tracks points toward an album intended as a major statement for the Finnish outfit.

With the full record arriving in less than two weeks, Song of Fire cements the high-octane, melodic direction fans can expect from the upcoming release.
