Russian black metal veterans Theosophy are set to release their seventh studio album, Line Before The Event Horizon, on September 25 through Apocalyptic Witchcraft.

Since emerging in 2008 with a split release alongside fellow Russians Bizarrekult, the band have built an extensive catalogue that includes six studio albums, a live album, a compilation and several standalone singles. Their most recent full-length, Bleeding Wounds Of The First And The Last, was followed by an extensive touring schedule throughout 2024.

Line Before The Event Horizon is also the band’s first release since signing with Apocalyptic Witchcraft earlier this year. According to the band, the new album continues their exploration of black metal while drawing on the ambition and scope that has defined much of their recent work.

The album was mixed by P.G. at Ad Nauseam Sounds and mastered by Jonas Kjellgren at Black Lounge Studios. It will be available on limited-edition vinyl, digipak CD, cassette and digital formats when it arrives on September 25.
