Finnish melodic death metal project Magnadur have released Eat the Bat, a new single that takes the project in a slightly more playful direction.

The track keeps the heavy guitar work and melodic foundation associated with Magnadur, but puts a greater emphasis on a repetitive chorus and unusual sounds. The result is less concerned with simply hammering the listener into submission and more interested in leaving a hook stuck in their head.

Tomi Perrakoski handles vocals, lyrics and mastering, while Derek Wolfstein provides guitars and drums.
