Swedish heavy psychedelic rock band Domkraft have shared Void Runner, the first single from their forthcoming fifth album, Night Songs, due out on November 20 through Magnetic Eye Records.

Vocalist and bassist Martin Wegeland describes the track as a response to the feeling of reaching rock bottom, only to discover that the world still has more chaos waiting around the corner. Rather than surrendering to that feeling, the song is about building enough strength to keep going without breaking.

“We are done believing and have fully switched to brace yourself mode,” Wegeland explains. “Yet, this song is definitely not about resigning or giving up.”

Void Runner provides the first preview of Night Songs, which will be released through Magnetic Eye Records.
