Horror-infused black/death metal collective Thy Sanatorium have announced the official video premiere for I Monster, with the video landing on YouTube this Friday, October 2nd.

Taken from the band’s self-titled debut LP, I Monster brings together the anonymous, multinational project’s blend of symphonic metal, gothic darkness and straight-up extreme-metal aggression.

Speaking about the track, guitarist Aries explained that the song is about the darker side of human nature and the uncomfortable realisation that, sometimes, we can be our own worst enemy:

“I Monster is a song about how we all have a monster within us. Most of us try to hide it but it is there, sometimes hidden deep down, sometimes on the surface for everyone to see. It’s about the horror that we alone are our own worst enemy.”

The video premieres live on YouTube this Friday, October 2nd.
