Solo death metal project King’s Hammer, spearheaded by Chuck Weatherman, has released a new single titled Breathing New Life. Issued jointly through Rottweiler Records and Broken Curfew Records, the track follows the project’s February debut full-length album, The Color Of The Soul, and 2025 EP To Speak In Tongues.

The single continues the project’s raw death metal direction, incorporating mid-tempo rhythmic passages, aggressive vocal arrangements, and high-register harmonic accents. The track steadily builds momentum before escalating into a fast-paced conclusion.

Weatherman continues to write and perform all material independently under the King’s Hammer moniker. The track’s production keeps the focus on direct instrumentation and unvarnished riffing rather than heavy studio processing.
