Blackened doom/death metal band Obscura Amentia have confirmed they are currently writing and recording their fourth studio album. The project represents their first full-length effort since the 2017 release of The Art Of The Human Decadence on Sliptrick Records.

The band are presently secluded in the recording phase, refining the compositions independently. Early details indicate a thematic focus exploring human ruins, inner desolation, and ancient Mediterranean cults.

The group are managing the entire creative process directly and have not yet aligned with a record label for the distribution of the upcoming material.
