Israeli gothic/doom metal outfit Fatum Aeternum have released their new single, Evidence. The self-released track arrived across digital platforms on October 23rd, 2026.
Long-time followers of the band might recognise the track, as Evidence has been a staple of Fatum Aeternum’s live set for years, even opening their international festival set back in 2011. This fresh studio release presents a completely reworked version shaped by the current line-up, taking the original framework and expanding its atmospheric weight.
Lyrically, the track approaches love as a universal, open-ended force, deliberately leaving room for the listener to draw their own interpretations from the music rather than forcing a single narrative.
Serving as the third single in Fatum Aeternum’s current run of new releases, Evidence was written and recorded by Steve Gershin, with mixing and mastering handled by Denis Saenko. The track also features choir arrangements arranged and recorded by Tayo Olawepo.
Evidence is available to stream and download now.
