I love Grindhouse cinema and I make no bones about it. Whether it’s Pam Grier blowing drug dealers heads off with a shotgun in Coffy, or a bunch of rabid hippies guzzling down pints of claret in I Drink Your Blood, if it’s Grindhouse then it’s the right house for me.

And that almost rhymed so it must be true.

So when I heard that Uncork’d Entertainment were bringing Death Cycle to VOD on March 10th, my ass was already in my seat for the trailer and my money was already being thrown at the screen.

The premise seems simple enough: After the death of her sister, a woman is visited by a man looking to solve a series of murders by a motorcycle maniac. As their shared fear grows, the killer’s rampage continues, leaving them both questioning who the real monster is.

But it’s all in the execution, and it looks like their might be a fair few of those throughout the Death Cycle runtime.

Directed by Gabriel Carrer, written by Dave McLeod, and starring Matthew Ninaber, Kristen Kaster, Sasha Ormond, Justin Bott, James Fler, and Wes Hill, Death Cycle revs onto your screen with its brutal vigilante justice tomorrow.
