Black Mandala is backing Hollywood Hells, a sleek horror thriller from writer-director Ben Peyser that drags the red carpet into something a lot less glamorous and a lot more predatory.

Vega (Fernanda Romero) isn’t chasing fame so much as she’s trying to outrun failure. Stuck between raising her son, dealing with family pressure, and an industry that barely acknowledges she exists, she’s grinding through a version of Hollywood that offers more rejection than reward. Then, out of nowhere, she gets a golden ticket, an invite to a party so exclusive it may as well come with a blood oath.

What Vega steps into isn’t opportunity, it’s a carefully staged environment where everything feels just wrong, like the whole room is in on a joke she hasn’t heard yet. The smiles last too long, the attention feels transactional, and the deeper she goes, the clearer it becomes: this isn’t about making it. It’s about what you’re willing to do to survive.

Fernanda Romero leads the cast, alongside Brian Austin Green, Bertila Damas, Naturela, and Benjamin Fisher, all orbiting a version of Hollywood where the dream factory feels more like a trap with better lighting.

Hollywood Hells promises to expose ambition at its most dangerous, where getting your shot at the big time might be the worst thing that can happen to you.
