MPX is unleashing I Know Exactly How You Die onto US digital platforms April 7, including Prime Video and Fandango at Home, because apparently streaming services decided we all needed a little late-night paranoia with our evening scroll.

Directed by Alexandra Spieth, written by Mike Corey and starring Rusabh Patel, I Know Exactly How You Die follows a struggling horror writer who checks into a remote motel to finish his book, and accidentally starts writing real people into very real, very messy deaths. Somewhere nearby, a woman is already on the run from a serial killer with a résumé that includes former mailman and current walking bad decision. Naturally, their paths collide, and suddenly fiction isn’t just inspired by reality, it’s starting to shape it.

It’s the sort of setup that spirals fast, like, ‘what if your laptop was possessed and also kind of a jerk’, and with a body count that climbs the deeper he writes himself into the mess

I Know Exactly How You Die lands April 7.
