If there’s two things in this world I love, it’s a good cannibal movie and the 1970s tv series, The Incredible Hulk. If only there were a way to combine the two…
… well, GOOD NEWS! Uncork’d Entertainment have done just that and have dropped a new trailer for The Hermit, starring Lou Ferrigno.
When a dad and his two bratty kids – Malina Weissman and Anthony Turpel – get away for a woodland retreat, they get more than they bargained for when the bump into Hugo (a completely unrecognisable Lou Ferrigno.)
Hugo is a pig farmer, who promised his dead mother that he would protect the homestead at all costs. Oh, and he also has a penchant for eating people. As you can imagine, these unwelcome guests – as well as the police officers who go searching for them – soon find themselves on the business end of some very sharp, pointy devices.
When one of the opening lines to a trailer is:
“What does the other side of Hell look like?”
You can bet your ass you’re gonna be in for a good time.
Directed by Salvatore Sclafani, from a script by William Walkerley, The Hermit is set for digital release March 3rd.
