French Celtic black metal band Fir Bolg have released Vae Victis as the second single from their upcoming album, Triskelion. Accompanied by an official lyric video, the track follows lead single Drunemeton ahead of the full-length release through Schwarzdorn Production on CD, LP, and digital formats.

Founded by Dagoth in Nice in 2006, the band takes its name from the ancient people of early Irish mythology, building their sound around pagan traditions and ancestral tales. Triskelion marks a new direction, blending guitars with ancient instruments, traditional percussion, and tribal textures.

The group’s discography traces back to their 2008 demo, Paganism, reissued by Schwarzdorn Production in 2010. Drummer Abaddon joined that year before contributing to their 2013 debut full-length, Towards Ancestral Lands. Following European dates alongside acts such as Negura Bunget and Otargos, bassist Femto joined in 2019 to complete the lineup that entered Drak’hard Studio in spring 2025 to record the album.

Triskelion arrives on 27th November 2026 via Schwarzdorn Production.
