New Delhi-based Progressive Rock group Antariksh has unveiled their latest single, Iltija, featuring a guest appearance by modern fusion guitarist Jack Gardiner. The track serves as a pivotal chapter in the bandโ€™s forthcoming concept album, Rehguzar, which chronicles the volatile emotional path of an artist.

In the context of the album’s narrative, Iltija represents a moment of introspection following a period of turmoil. The song explores themes of self-discipline, internal belief, and the necessity of persistence during times of doubt. Frontman and producer Varun Rajput describes the track as an exploration of surrendering to the creative process without losing oneโ€™s core confidence. The lyrics reflect a personal commitment to continue the work despite frustration or uncertainty, drawing on the resilience gained from past challenges.

The musical arrangement blends the bandโ€™s signature Progressive Rock foundation with Indian classical elements, contemporary pop, and electronic textures. The composition emphasizes emotional restraint before building toward an intense finale, highlighted by a technical and expressive guitar solo from Jack Gardiner.

Since its formation in 2012 by Rajput, Antariksh has established itself as a prominent fixture in the Indian rock scene, performing more than 1,200 shows globally. The band has a history of high-profile collaborations with musicians such as Marty Friedman and Jakub Zytecki, and their work has been recognized by major outlets including MTV, The Guardian, and the BBC Asian Network. They have also earned accolades for their contributions to the genre, including Best Rock Act honors from The Indian Music Diaries and Artist Aloud.
