Austrian black death metal titans Belphegor have officially announced their return to European stages this autumn with the “Praise The Beast” European Tour 2026. The trek is set to kick off on September 29th at Turock in Essen, Germany, before tearing through Belgium, the Netherlands, Scandinavia, Central Europe, Poland, and the UK. The massive run will reach its final ritualistic stop on October 18th at the legendary Underworld in London.

Adding serious firepower to the billing, Brazilian death metal legends Krisiun and the fierce Dutch black metal coven Asagraum will join the tour as special guests. The package promises a relentless night of extreme metal, with a fourth opening act slated to be announced in the coming weeks.

Since forging their path in 1993 under the leadership of vocalist and guitarist Helmuth Lehner, Belphegor has stood tall as one of the genre’s most unyielding and transgressive forces. Over the course of three decades, the band has meticulously refined a signature sound that bridges the violent precision of death metal with the ritualistic, blasphemous atmosphere of black metal. Tickets for the tour are expected to move fast when they hit platforms ahead of the September launch.
