Australian gothic metal outfit Blackened Rose have officially unveiled their latest single, Love of the Serpentine Eye. Formed toward the end of 2022 by vocalist Aleksei Iagunkov, the band has spent the last few years carving out a distinct niche by fusing melancholic gothic weight with the anthemic energy of ’80s hard rock, nodding to foundational influences like Type O Negative, HIM, and Whitesnake.
