Four years after the release of their debut album, A Kingdom Of Ice, Portland, Oregon melodic death metal outfit Forsaken Eternity have announced their second full-length, Shades Of Existence, due out on September 25 through Rottweiler Records.

Core members Vladislav Gayko and Nathan Mote remain at the heart of the project, joined by drummer Pierce Williams and returning keyboard player Brian Rush, both formerly of Skeletal Remains.

According to the band, Shades Of Existence continues to combine melodic death metal with atmospheric and symphonic elements while placing an even greater emphasis on memorable songwriting. The new material aims to retain the technical precision of A Kingdom Of Ice without losing sight of the melody that shaped the bandโ€™s debut.

With four years separating the two albums, Shades Of Existence offers the first opportunity to hear how Forsaken Eternity have developed since their debut, while continuing to explore the blend of melody, atmosphere and technicality that defines the bandโ€™s sound.

Shades Of Existence will be released on September 25 through Rottweiler Records.
