Finnish gothic metal outfit Horizon of Aeons have released their new single Yksi Ainoa Ikkuna, putting a heavy dark-metal spin on a track made famous by Finnish rautalanka icons Agents.

Formed earlier this year by musicians from the Finnish underground, the band usually deal in heavy, gloomy material with a fixation on the passage of time. This time around, however, they’ve taken a detour into something considerably more fun, grabbing a piece of classic Finnish pop and giving it the Horizon of Aeons treatment.

Yksi Ainoa Ikkuna is out now on streaming platforms.
