Melodic black metal band i Helvete will release their third album, Halla, on November 6, following a lengthy delay between completing the material and bringing it to release.

The songs were completed in 2024, but lineup changes that same year pushed back both the production process and the album’s eventual release. Additional session musicians were also brought in during the recording, contributing instruments that broaden the arrangements while keeping the focus firmly on the band’s heavy black metal foundation.

Musically, Halla moves between atmospheric passages and more intense sections, balancing the melodic and atmospheric side of i Helvete with the heavier core of their sound.

The first single from Halla will arrive on August 25, offering the first preview of the band’s third full-length ahead of its November release.
