Pelagic Records have announced The Worrier, the third studio album from progressive post-metal four-piece Bipolar Architecture, set for release on February 19th, 2027. Co-existing between Berlin and Istanbul, the group fuses post-metal, djent, and black metal, balancing aggressive weight with atmospheric textures to address modern anxieties.
Ahead of the full-length release, the band has unveiled lead single Vanity Fair alongside an official music video. Loosely based on John Bunyanโs The Pilgrim’s Progress, the allegorical track explores themes of condemnation through heavy chugging riffs, soaring melodies, explosive percussion, and a mix of clean vocals and harsh howls.
Musically, the upcoming record expands on the foundation of their previous material while incorporating elements of post-hardcore and metalcore. The compositions place an increased emphasis on melodic structure, dynamic vocal interplay, and shifting passaged arrangements ranging from quiet sections to macabre breakdowns.
Lyrically, vocalist and guitarist Sarp Keski framed the album title around mental survival, depression, anger, and shared human experiences. The lead single Vanity Fair is available now.
