UK black metal outfit Winterfylleth have announced a 20th anniversary physical edition of their debut 2007 demo, Rising of the Winter Full Moon. The upcoming release marks two decades since the band’s inception, partnering with Resonance—the team who originally signed the group—to make the material available in expanded physical formats.
The five-track session includes the three tracks from the original demo release—Mam Tor (The Shivering Mountain), The Ghost Of Heritage, and Casting The Runes—alongside two previously unreleased instrumental recordings from the same studio period. The supplementary tracks feature early versions of material that later evolved into Forging The Iron Of England and Defending The Realm.

The updated release replaces the original sleeve illustration with an archival photograph of Alderley Edge, the location that inspired the initial 2007 artwork. Physical copies are pressed on gatefold gold nugget swirl vinyl with an obi strip, with the first fifty orders including signed items.
Rising of the Winter Full Moon arrives on limited-edition vinyl on 27th February 2027 via Resonance.
